Dr. Cedric Bryant

Co-Founder | Leadership Development Consultant
Dr. Cedric Bryant is a leadership development consultant and co-founder of Bryant & Bryant Consulting, where he partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve culture, and drive performance.
With extensive leadership experience and advanced expertise in leadership and organizational development, Dr. Bryant brings a unique ability to connect theory with practical application. He works with leaders at all levels to improve communication, build accountability, develop emotional intelligence, and lead effectively through change.
Dr. Bryant has supported organizations across multiple sectors, helping leaders and teams address real-world challenges and achieve sustainable results. His approach is practical, engaging, and focused on helping organizations translate leadership principles into meaningful action.
He is also the co-author of Leadership Practices: A Global and Spiritual Perspective, reflecting his commitment to developing leaders who are both effective and purpose-driven.

Dr. Widza Bryant

President & Co-Founder
Dr. Widza Bryant is the President and Co-Founder of Bryant & Bryant Consulting, where she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, transform culture, and improve organizational effectiveness.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership and human resources across both national and global environments, Dr. Bryant brings deep expertise in transformational leadership, workforce development, and organizational strategy. Her background includes extensive work in healthcare, where she has supported organizations in strategic planning, operational improvement, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
Dr. Bryant is a certified coach and holds certifications in DiSC, HBDI, CPI, and Emotional Intelligence (EMI) assessments, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and practical approach to leadership and organizational development. She is passionate about helping organizations build high-performing cultures where leaders and teams can thrive.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Bryant is the author of Leadership Practices: A Global and Spiritual Perspective, reflecting her commitment to developing leaders who are both effective and purpose-driven.
Her approach combines strategic insight with practical application, helping organizations translate leadership principles into meaningful and sustainable results.

Alfred J. Riles

Partner | Strategic Human Resources & Talent Strategy Consultant
Al is Corporate Human Resources Business Partner at BrightView Landscape Company in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania where he oversees the HR function. He has extensive experience in creating and implementing global Human Resource processes. His expertise includes Leadership Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Employee Relations, and Global Recruiting and Staffing – all firmly anchored in business-case analysis. His industry experience includes, key HR & Organizational Design positions at the Johnson & Johnson family of companies and Worldwide Vice President, Human Resources, Johnson & Johnson-Merck. In addition, Al was Principal Consultant at Tunnell Consulting, a Biotech and Pharmaceutical Consultancy, where he consulted and published on topics of Training and Quality Culture.
Organizational Design & Development
Led Human Resource services for a 1500 employee pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, which included directing recruiting and staffing efforts in support of organization structure and headcount requirements and partnering with client groups to ensure ongoing Organization Development strategies.
Global Training Process Development
Led and managed detailed process mapping at the global level for a training process that impacted 120,000 employees. Managed all aspects of global design activities for the training process including policy harmonization, project management and implementation.
Global HR Development Process
Directed and oversaw the creation and implementation of a Global Business Based Human Resources development process. Ensured regional input was reflected in the Global development design to meet global business requirements across all regions. Created a development framework template for the curriculum and identified training delivery models to ensure the availability of learning methods for skill building in eleven competency areas.
Al is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and has lived in North Wales, Pennsylvania since 1980. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at University of Portland in Portland, Oregon and a Masters in History at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
