Organizational Design & Development
Led Human Resource services for a 1500 employee pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, which included directing recruiting and staffing efforts in support of organization structure and headcount requirements and partnering with client groups to ensure ongoing Organization Development strategies.
Global Training Process Development
Led and managed detailed process mapping at the global level for a training process that impacted 120,000 employees. Managed all aspects of global design activities for the training process including policy harmonization, project management and implementation.
Global HR Development Process
Directed and oversaw the creation and implementation of a Global Business Based Human Resources development process. Ensured regional input was reflected in the Global development design to meet global business requirements across all regions. Created a development framework template for the curriculum and identified training delivery models to ensure the availability of learning methods for skill building in eleven competency areas.
Al is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and has lived in North Wales, Pennsylvania since 1980.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at University of Portland in Portland, Oregon
and a Masters in History at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
